This review is for Relax Zone, located next to the Dillard's wing of the Franklin Park Mall, (close to the GameStop). I've been frequenting this massage service since they opened around January 2021. I enjoy their reflexology as I'm on my feet all day at work. The staff there are trained in multiple massage techniques. I'll usually schedule an hour of reflexology followed by 30 minutes either in the chair or on the table. They rates are very reasonable. So, if you're walking around the mall and need to take a break, even 10 minutes, they have multiple time options. Give them a shot, and I'm sure you'll come back. They also have a reward punch-card too.

Been coming to this place since they were located in Franklin Park Mall (next to GameStop), and so far I only been serviced by SHF aka Fan aka Hao, but I'm sure all the other Shifu (master) are equally qualified. The new location is more spacious and music and atmosphere is calming, Fan is professional, courteous, and always listen to my need and would focus on certain areas that needs more relaxation. The time always went by fast but I feel recharged. They also provide a bottle of water (included) at the end of the session. If you feel hungry after the treatment, there are decent selections of surrounding restaurant to choose from (Raising Cane's opening soon!). I would give this place a 6 out of 5 stars.

3rd time visitor....can't wait to return! The foot reflexology is so awesome I haven't tried anything else! 2024 UPDATE: They have a new location. Same, well even better service! Clean, serene environment, no more mall onlookers watching! Highly recommend 30 min foot and 30 min body! PS. For best experience let masseuse know any limitations or preferences, they will honor them with no problem!

The service was great! Quiet and clean. The staff was welcoming, respectful and polite 😊 so you can really enjoy your time with them. They focus on your physical needs and take the time to serve you. Before I knew it, 1 hour had passed. Most importantly, the price was very affordable! I will be back in 1 week! …

I absolutely adore this place. It’s the best therapeutic massage incorporating acupressure and stretching. I enter in pain and leave feeling relief. It’s an open venue but you don’t even notice. It’s well Priced and run by professionals. I’m so grateful to have found this amazing care provider. Be specific with the service you need relative to pressure and any pain points.

Addicting.....thats the only way to put it. ATLEAST once a week I find myself with my friends at relax zone. The workers (legends) waist no time to welcome you and provide an amazing massage. Flawless performance after flawless performance....the type of consistency shai has. Overall worth every penny and wonderful experience.
